We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team.
As a Legal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our legal team and assist with various legal tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with legal case management, including organizing and maintaining case files - Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, contracts, and correspondence - Schedule meetings, appointments, and court hearings for attorneys - Conduct client interviews and assist with client intake process - Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness - Assist with document review and discovery process - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) - Familiarity with legal research tools and software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Knowledge of litigation procedures is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
